Uptop Chapel – Passersby Welcome

The Chapel at Uptop, the "ghost town" at the top of the Old La Veta Pass in southern Colorado, is open all of the time, even if other buildings are locked. The Chapel is well-maintained and charming. The sign at the top of the steps welcomes passersby and, as you might have seen in previous posts, the interior is indeed equally inviting.
