Ghost Ranch, NM
This volcanic mesa, visible from the Ghost Ranch, was the subject of many, many Georgia O'Keeffe paintings. The story goes that she said: "It's my private mountain. It belongs to me. God told me if I painted it enough, I could have it." When she died her ashes were spread at the top.

This is the last of the Ghost Ranch series.
