Except for the vegetarians and the squeamish, the lobster’s shell is a fascinating part of eating one. It’s a very primal, unique dining experience. Alas, after a few lobsters on Anegada, I developed a definite allergy (don’t ask) to these wonderful creatures. But I still love it when guests are eating one near me and develop this kind of lobster debris. — RM —
