High Above the Rio Grande
The time has come to pause posting photos here. For a while I have been posting photos taken over the past ten years or so since back pain has kept me from behind the camera. And now I'm engaged in a rather full-time volunteer activity. So photography has to be on hold for a while, perhaps into 2019. Meanwhile, you'll continue to be on the mailing list and one day a new photo will appear. I hope in your everyday life you can have the eyes of a photographer and see the beauty around you, wherever you live. The times demand it. And I thank you for having followed along on my photographic journey for all this time.

Hello George,
Although I came to your Pixadilly Party quite late, I have enjoyed it immensely and shared it with many others. Getting to know you and Reggie not to mention your beloved Sadie was truly a highlight of my years in Taos. I wish you well in whatever comes next and remind you our door is always open to you in Salida. I’ll never have the eye of a photog, but I do have the sense to appreciate and revel in your images.

I have thoroughly enjoyed your posts for a few years now, it’ll be strange not seeing your email every morning – often the best email I get! But I understand, and will wait to see the next photo when you’re able! Thanks!

Dear George,
Forever pictures. I have kept many of your photos in a file, with your name, when I need to look at one, I can do so. Thank you my friend.
Love to you, Carmen
